We are inspired by beauty, fitness, fashion, travel, food and love to share our experiences with you. More than a blog, SheBetties is an emblem for friendship and celebrates the journey of twenty-somethings who are just trying to figure it out (and having the best time along the way!)

Amanda, a Vancouver area transplant, has been in Calgary for about 2 years. She loves challenging herself to learn new things and has a recent obsession with everything make-up. You can expect her to write about her many interests which range from basic beauty tips to food to her random thoughts about life.

Small town values with a little big city flare.
Amy hails from the East Coast and subscribes to the idea that running is cheaper than therapy.
She enjoys most anything outdoors and kick up her feet at the end of a long day with a nice glass of wine.
Expect to hear rants and raves about food, life and training for triathlon.
